How to use the lock in challenge tracker

  1. Name your challenge and set the length (7–365 days) and start date.
  2. Add unlimited-range daily tasks (up to 12) and optional rest weekdays.
  3. Track daily. Share your lock-in when it’s done.

What is this method?

“Lock in” means a defined period of total commitment to your own rules. The power is specificity: vague goals fail, written daily rules get followed.

This generator works for fitness cuts, study blocks, business sprints, or any personal challenge beyond the named programs.

Frequently asked questions

How long should my lock-in be?
30 days for a first commitment, 75 to mirror 75 Hard, 90+ for transformations. The tool supports 7–365 days.
How many rules should I set?
Four to six daily rules. Cover training, fuel, focus and recovery - one line each.
Can I add rest days?
Yes - pick rest weekdays. They never break streaks and don’t count against completion.
What if I fail a day?
Your call: this tracker counts misses without forcing a restart, so any failure policy you chose at the start still works.
Is my challenge saved?
Yes, in this browser. No account needed.
