How to use the challenge rules poster maker
- Enter your challenge name, dates, rules and an optional motto.
- Preview the poster live.
- Print it, download it as an image, or share it.
What is this method?
Written rules posted where you see them daily outperform rules kept in your head. A poster makes the commitment public - to yourself first, and to anyone who sees your wall.
Pair the poster with a tracker (like the 75 Hard tracker) so the wall shows the promise and your phone shows the proof.
